At the point the pandemic of 2020 hit, it was quickly realised that opening up the business to the online market was a necessity in order to survive.
By implementing strategies which allowed clients to view products, tour the showroom remotely and submit detailed wishlists the company not only survived, but expanded three times during the covid-19 pandemic.
