Project summary
This long term project required a complete over haul of the company branding, staff/client paper forms, business cards and email signatures.
A complete and detailed online catalogue of products and services was added to the website as well as interactive elements to drive business to the showroom.
Implementation
At the point the pandemic of 2020 hit, it was quickly realised that opening up the business to the online market was a necessity in order to survive.
By implementing strategies which allowed clients to view products, tour the showroom remotely and submit detailed wishlists the company not only survived, but expanded three times during the covid-19 pandemic.

Counter Interiors has and continues to go from strength to strength, embracing new technology to allow clients every possible opportunity to experience their kitchen and interior showcase.
Since 2020 they have taken on a second supplier, renovated the York showroom and expanded to a second unit in Malton!
